Education Support
Since our founding, we have provided educational support to orphaned and underprivileged children in Skardu. This includes scholarships, school uniforms, books, stationery, and examination fees.
- 150+ children enrolled in school annually
- 95% attendance rate among supported students
- Matric pass rate of 87% among BFF students
- Scholarships covering full tuition for 40 students
Healthcare
Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Our medical programs cover everything from routine check-ups to life-saving surgeries. We work with partner hospitals in Skardu and Islamabad.
- 87 critical illness surgeries funded
- Wheelchair and prosthetics provided to 60+ individuals
- 5 free medical camps conducted annually
- Mental health counseling introduced in 2025
Disability Support
People with disabilities face compounded challenges in a mountainous region with limited accessibility. BFF provides physical aids, therapy, rehabilitation, and inclusive community programs.
- Mobility aids distributed to 180+ individuals
- Physiotherapy sessions for 75+ patients
- Home modification support for 30 families
- Disability awareness workshops in 15 schools
Skills Training
Economic empowerment is the foundation of lasting change. Our vocational training programs teach carpentry, tailoring, computer skills, livestock management, and entrepreneurship.
- 3 active training centers in Skardu
- 85% of graduates are now self-employed
- Average income increase of 60% post-training
- Women-focused tailoring program launched 2024
